Fort Collins went wet in 1969.
Tony's has been pouring since.

- 1969 Tony Katopodis opens Bakes' Restaurant and the Alley Lounge.
- 1988 The Greek Connection: a Greek restaurant up front, Tony's Bar in the back.
- 2009 A bar goes up on the roof.
- Now Jimmy runs Tony's, and The Whisk(e)y next door. There's a door between them.
